My uncle who recently passed was a really amazing man and I’ll probably mention him a lot but this is BRAND NEW INFORMATION.
HE WAS FRIENDS WITH GREGORY PECK.
WHEN THEY OPENED THE STEVEN’S CENTER MY UNCLE ASKED GREGORY PECK TO COME TO TOWN FOR THE GRAND OPENING AND HE DID.
CAUSE THEY WERE FRIENDS.
YEAH.
LIKE…NBD. I DIDN’T FIND OUT UNTIL THE MEMORIAL SERVICE LAST NIGHT. HE FAILED TO MENTION THAT LITTLE NUGGET TO ME WHILE HE WAS ALIVE.
Seriously my uncle was one fucking cool awesome spectacular dude.
(I typed cool and awesome before I remembered he hated those words)
